Shipping policy

At Lake Deborah our goal is to offer you the shipping options that best suit your needs, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers across the UK with the aim of providing high levels of responsiveness.

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, quality checking and packaging. All orders are collected and processed on a Tuesday each week. Orders that are received up until midnight on a Monday will be processed that week. For urgent orders, please place the order online and contact us via sales@baladgie.co.uk. Urgent orders may incur an additional processing fee, over and above the cost of expedited shipping.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping times typically take between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Standard shipping options include:

• Free shipping for orders up to 5kg is sent via Royal Mail Second Class (see the Royal Mail website for shipping times).
• Royal Mail First Class (see the Royal Mail website for shipping times).
• Courier (shipping times reflect the selected service).

Shipping times via Royal Mail may be affected by industrial action; if occurring at that time (see the Royal Mail website for further information).
